Please note that products ordered in custom sizes and products that by their nature cannot be returned such as underwear or swimwear are NOT returnable.

According to Order 130/2000. Chapter 2, Art.10 c) the consumer cannot unilaterally denounce the following types of contracts, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise: contracts for the supply of products executed according to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, they cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY:

• NIKTO BRAND products must be returned unworn, unused, in their original boxes and packaging.
• Products must be returned with the original tags intact and attached to the product.

NOTE: Detachment of labels is proof of product use; in this case, the product cannot be returned.

• We reserve the right to refuse returned products that do not exactly and cumulatively meet the mentioned return conditions.

In the case of receiving a return not in accordance with the mentioned policy, products can still be accepted that can be put back on sale after a 99 lei fee for the disinfection and chemical washing process will be deducted from the refund.

Please try on the purchased products carefully and return them in the same condition.

• Once the return has been received and accepted, the refund is made exclusively by bank transfer within 14 working days, the consumer assuming the obligation to submit an IBAN account in the return form.
• Not refundable: shipping charges, bank charges, exchange rate differences or other charges, as applicable.

We do not accept for return products that:

• are sent without the prior completion of the return form;
• are sent by courier, collection account, or other similar services that involve cash payment from Nikto Brand at the time of delivery;
• the fields related to the IBAN account and the name of the IBAN account holder are not filled in;
• shows signs of wear;
• THEY ARE SENT BY ROMANIAN POST
• falls into the "underwear" or "swimwear" category;
