Exchanges

If a purchased product does not fit you in size, you can ONLY exchange it for the same product in the right size within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment it was delivered to you.

Careful! NIKTO BRAND only accepts exchanges on products in standard sizes. Custom size products, underwear or swimwear cannot be exchanged, only adjusted as needed.

According to Order 130/2000. Chapter 2, Art.10 c) the consumer cannot unilaterally denounce the following types of contracts, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise: contracts for the supply of products executed according to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, they cannot be returned.

Any product exchange can only be done within the available stock. If the desired model is no longer in stock, you will be refunded the amount of the product, paid at the time of purchase according to the invoice, within 14 working days.

After the package reaches us and the product is checked, we send the product you want to exchange to you within 8-10 working days.

Exchange Policy:

Products must be sent with the original tags intact and attached to the product.

NOTE: Detachment of labels is proof of product use; in this case, the product can no longer be exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse products that do not fully and cumulatively meet the mentioned exchange conditions.

In the case of receiving an exchange not in accordance with the stated policy, we will contact you by phone to resolve the situation in the most advantageous way possible for both parties.

Please try on the purchased products carefully and return them in the same condition.

We do not accept for exchange products that:

- Are sent without prior completion of the exchange form;

- Shows signs of wear;

- THEY ARE SENT BY ROMANIAN POST

- Falls into the "underwear" or "swimwear" category;

The steps to exchange a product are as follows:

1. Complete the exchange form available below;

2. Pack the product to be exchanged;

4. After the package reaches us and the product is checked, we send the product you want to exchange to you in a maximum of 10 working days.
